It sounds like a few other owners have experienced this issue online, mentioning it might be a software bug. Hopefully, a future update will solve it.

Have you found out what's causing the problem?

It looks like the 1.4 update last caused many to lose audio so this could be software malfunction but I also read it reset itself after 24 hours. Is yours working now?
